The present General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website lacolladahotel.com, owned by HOTEL & SPA LA COLLADA SL (hereinafter, LA COLLADA HOTEL).

The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.

These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their contents carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any of the products offered.

LA COLLADA HOTEL, in compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, informs you that:

All notifications and communications between users and LA COLLADA HOTEL shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.

3. Conditions of Service

The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, are displayed on the screen.

LA COLLADA HOTEL reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and / or services offered to customers. Thus, LA COLLADA HOTEL may, at any time, add new products and / or services to those currently offered. Also LA COLLADA HOTEL reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time and without notice, any of the products offered.

Once inside lacolladahotel.com, and to access the contracting of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions set in lacolladahotel.com.

The services through lacolladahotel.com are for the purpose of pre-booking accommodation.
The user will receive via email the confirmation of the reservation so it will only be binding on the part of LA COLLADA HOTEL by email confirmation of the same.

Once the reservation has been confirmed by e-mail, the first night will be charged three days before the accommodation date.

In the event that it is possible to pay 100% online, this will be specified in the purchase process before making the reservation.

In case the client does not show up at the accommodation without prior notice, he/she will be charged 100% of the total cost of the stay.

4. Booking and/or contracting process

To make any purchase in lacolladahotel.com, it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.
The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

3. Choose room and modality.
4. Enter personal and payment information.
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6. Make reservation and payment (detailed information in point 3 of this document).
7. Receive a confirmation e-mail.

The contract will be filed electronically.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by LA COLLADA HOTEL by e-mail.
The customer will receive the invoice/delivery note at the reception desk.

5. Cancellation of the contract

Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, cancellation conditions will be informed during the purchase process before confirming the reservation.

6. Prices, expenses and taxes

The prices of the services included in lacolladahotel.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.

The final prices of all services, along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the catalog of lacolladahotel.com.

  • VAT is included in the price of the products.
  • The VAT rate is 10%.

Other additional expenses:

  • Tourist tax 1€.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation fees will be clearly stipulated both in the contracting process, before making the reservation, and in the confirmation email once the reservation has been processed.

The prices of the services may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes his acceptance.

7. Methods of payment

The following payment method is available:

By credit or debit card
You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.
Three days before the reserved date, the first night will be charged.

8. Withdrawal policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user shall have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable to, among others:

  • Provision of services already performed or started.
  • The provision of accommodation services or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The deadline to withdraw from the contract for the provision of services is 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract, this right may be exercised as long as an accommodation date has not been CLOSED, and the user must inform LA COLLADA HOTEL of their desire to exercise this right, which can be done by filling out the form at the end of this document.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal results in the suspension of the service.

9. Liability and disclaimer of liability

LA COLLADA HOTEL may suspend, withdraw or cancel partially or totally the services subject to contracting at any time and without prior notice. The above provision shall not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or which are subject to prior contracting and which shall be governed by their specific conditions.

LA COLLADA HOTEL is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the USER as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of service lacolladahotel.com during the provision of the same.

10. Customer service and complaints

To lodge any complaint or claim with LA COLLADA HOTEL the customer should contact the customer service department either at the telephone number 972892100, or through the email address reserva@lacolladahotel.com.

11. Applicable Legislation

The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used shall be Spanish.
